RentMoola Co-Founder To Step Down as CEO

VANCOUVER, CANADA — JUNE 6, 2018 — I wanted to announced today that after much consideration I have decided to step down as CEO of RentMoola. I have acted as CEO since founding the company more then five years ago.

When starting RentMoola, my vision was to build an innovate and exceptional payments company. Today, RentMoola is a growing and innovate fintech company in the rent payment vertical, processing payments across North America.

I wanted our customers, users, partners and team members to be excited about what we did and how we did it and truly believe in our product and purpose.

In working towards this goal, my most important responsibilities have been setting the vision, curating the path, working with partners, customers and our shareholders to build a unique offering to the market.

We are at a pivotal point in RentMoola’s growth and development. As we grow our business in another complimentary emerging payment vertical, utilities, RentMoola has recognized a transformational opportunity in the utility payment vertical and the expansion of RM Utility.

Under my leadership, today our business is processing hundreds of millions in annual payments, with a growing revenue and user base.

Over the next four months our board will begin a search for an experienced payments CEO. Someone who will bring my level of passion and can fully scale RentMoola to the next level in the utility and rent payment verticals. A formal search committee will be set-up by our board to ensure we select the right leader for the next level of growth.

I will continue to play a role in RentMoola as a board member and will ensure a smooth transition with the next CEO.

I am beyond proud of what we have built so far, and I feel very fortunate and truly humbled to have served as CEO from the ground level until today and to have had the ability to create many opportunities for others at RentMoola. I want to thank all of our shareholders for believing in RentMoola, myself and our team during our early years.

I am excited to be passing on the torch as CEO, working with our board as we strive to continually build an exceptional company.
