OUR UNDERWRITING BANK PEOPLES TRUST REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION FOR RISK AND COMPLIANCE TO APPROVE YOUR NO-FEE RENTMOOLA MERCHANT ACCOUNT.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:

(1) Signed and completed merchant application forms (RentMoola will email completed bank form for your signature)

(2) Void check showing owners legal name/letter from financial institution confirming bank details

(3) Proof of ownership or Management: (Tax bill, Utility Bill or Management Contract)

*The bank may require more information to comply with KYC & anti-money laundering FINTRAC regulations.

ONCE YOU'VE PROVIDED US WITH ALL THE COMPLETED FORM WE'LL TAKE CARE OF THE REST INCLUDING:

EMAIL COMPLETED BANK FORM, AMEX FORM AND CONFIDENTIALITY FORM FOR YOUR SIGNATURE

$50.00 ANNUAL PCI COMPLIANCE FEE WILL BE INVOICED BY RENTMOOLA ONCE YOUR ACCOUNT IS APPROVED (WE HANDLE ALL REQUIRED PAYMENT CARD INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (PCI) COMPLIANCE ON YOUR BEHALF)
